Liu who was born in Shandong, China was in a tragic bicycle accident at the age of 17 years old, which resulted in permanent loss of sight in both eyes. Fraught with uncertainty about his future, his father was resolved to ensure that lived a fulfilling, purposeful, and enriching life.
With much resistance at first, matriculated at Henan Vocational College of Tuina and Acupuncture. After graduating with honors, has gone on to establish as many as 35 medical clinics throughout the Jinan, Shandong province.
